Good vibes, Bad vibes.

We are energy beings

Have you ever felt it? A sixth sense, an instinct, or what is commonly known as 'good vibes or bad vibes?'.

'Vibes', short for vibrations is not something ridiculous but something powerful, which people sometimes sense but often fail to recognise, understand and hence respond to. They dismiss vibrations merely as inexplicably strange feeling, because to give it credibility is to attract ridicule in a 'scientific' and religious world.

All things and creatures absorb and emit energy. Objects emit usually one type of energy which changes very gradually over time.
All creatures also emit varying energy. Humans as the most evolved creatures emit greater and more  intense that changes constantly and often rapidly.

When we are happy we emit one type of energy, when threatened another or when we are hunting a completely different type. When passive one type and when aggressive or when we wish to mate etc we emit another set of vibrations.

Since this emitted energy is not visible nor understood, we usually fail to recognise this power we possess. Scientists have now reestablished the ancient Indian wisdom of aura, and changing energy fields as powerful facts.

The bad news is that, these phenomenon has not been mentioned in some religious and social belief systems. Therefore followers of those beliefs simply ignore these very powerful and useful truths.

Even those who understand it, often fail to take advantage of these divine properties.
Worse we now live in a world where our senses are bombarded by the chatter and noise of the crowd, excessive noise pollution from our social environment, television, gossip etc. Consumption of drugs, alcohol, and obsession with sex, food and the acquisition of wealth and power have all dulled our senses.

Instead of being intelligent evolved beings, we are now transformed into knowledgable animals. In a sense we are increasingly becoming senseless.

Many ancient beliefs and practices connected man with nature thus making them simple but powerful.  The good news is that these powers can be identified, enhanced and then deployed.

Many ancient communities were powerful in a benign way because they respected and respected the laws of nature rather than the nonsensical dogmas of men.

By removing all barriers to journey within ourselves, we too can feel and understand our own senses, and to be powerful and at peace with ourselves.
But what are these barriers?

Modern humanity is 'extremely busy' pursuing God alone knows what. We are increasingly living hollow lives and seek to fill it up with something. Hence the obsession I mentioned earlier with attachment to things and people. Enveloped by negativity, we create barriers between our physical outer self and our inner spiritual being.

This is why free from negativity, simplicity is the first step to spiritual awakening.
Chasing 'Maya', or what could be explained as illusions or mirages and shadows, leads us nowhere.

The self can only be discovered in solitude, that is why it is said, 'Silence is golden'. Noise and distractions in our lives are significant barriers to our inner journey. Spending time with ourselves in meditation helps enormously.

Meditation allows us to journey to our inner core, and connect wit the source of our senses. People mistake contemplation as meditation, but this is not the same thing because contemplation is to rearrange thoughts and senses whereas meditation leads to shedding of excess baggage (both good and bad) until there is no baggage to carry.

You may ask if the ancients were so 'simply powerful' how come they were overpowered by others?
The ancients were powerful to use their energy to do good and create. Whereas some of the religions and dogmas advocate, use of vicious power to inflict pain and destroy.

Good souls are sensitive, creative and open to both good and bad influences and energy, hence they are fragile. The evil are dense beings, closed, senseless,  animalistic, with the compulsive need to dominate and destroy.

Like the ancients, the good and innocent will constantly be threatened and overpowered by the senseless, and if this trend continues then one day only the evil will be left. Then they will finally turn upon one another destroying themselves but not before causing great pain and destruction.

This is why, when Jesus was being crucified he said,
"Forgive them, Father, for they know not what they are doing"

  3. Sagari ji,
    I have ordered the book.
It might interest you to know that my grandparents, parents and I were all born in Burma. I have many interesting stories mainly from my elders about INA, and Burma under the British, Japanese, Allies, democracy, and the military rule.
    Cheers

  5. Sundaresan ji,

You are quite right about Vedic wisdom. What a great and invaluable treasure that has been bequeathed to human kind.

Yet we persist in reverting to our most base and beastly form, and claim them to be the pinnacles of spirituality, and goodness.
Thank you for your kind feedback
